Hello, My name is Troy Sullivan, owner of SIG Property Maintenance.  I am a long time Scott County Iowa resident.  I retired early from the Sheriff's office and started my company.  In addition to my duties of Corrections Officer, Transport Officer and Bailiff, I volunteered my time to the citizens of Scott County as a Deputy Sheriff, on the Sheriff's Reserve unit for over 17 years.  I volunteered and participated with the Quad Cities Law Enforcement Officer's Memorial for over 7 years and served as it's past President.  I also volunteered for my children's school as a board member of Morning Star Academy in Bettendorf Iowa.  It's no wonder as I type this that I see how I want to continue and serve in other ways.  

Our company currently operates 2 divisions.

• We assist businesses, HOA's, apartment communities and residential customers with property maintenance.  We currently contract with the largest QC apartment community with painting services, and provide snow removal for other apartments, HOA's, rental units and residential homes.
• We also provide lawn care services to businesses, home owners associations, apartment communities and residential customers.  

You can choose any company to assist you with any of these services, but you will find we provide several services in one stop. It would be my pleasure to partner with you and assist in any way we can, on any of your property maintenance or lawn care needs.- Troy Sullivan
